Briefing

We will meet with you face-to-face in order to understand fully how you operate as a business and discuss your specific requirements. We will determine the role, the package, the kind of individual you are looking for and timescales in detail to ensure we have a full understanding of your situation and your requirements.

Research

A thorough understanding of the professional sector is essential for effective search and selection and timely, in-depth research is key to the quality of candidates we attract. We will evaluate and qualify the current market and list relevant individuals we will target. We will also determine any ‘off limits’ candidates or companies before we make contact with them.

Attracting candidates

As a search and selection firm, we strongly believe that the best strategy to attract top professional talent is to firstly understand them both personally and professionally. This is done discreetly and sensitively. If the candidate expresses an interest in the role and fits the criteria, then we will arrange a more in-depth interview to understand their key motivators and also to assess their suitability.

Offer management

We would continue to act as an intermediary once an offer has been provisionally accepted. We ensure both parties are clear about the terms of the final package and there is nothing to compromise the final acceptance and transition over to the new position. We also perform due diligence, checking references and qualifications.

Interviewing

We provide clients with a shortlist of candidates along with resumés and an appraisal of suitability. We then co-ordinate interviews and handle feedback from both parties.

Maintaining the relationship

Once a post has been filled, we keep in close contact with our clients and candidates. This is to ensure all objectives in the brief have been met as well as providing on-going support and advice.
